The successful candidate will develop, in conjunction with the head coach, planning of practice sessions; assess and evaluate talent and recruitment of student athletes into the program; develop scouting reports; monitor the academic progress of student-athletes; oversee and direct basketball camps and clinics; other duties as assigned by the head coach; show commitment to and responsibility for adherence to all rules and regulations of Valley City State University, the North Star Athletic Association, and the NAIA.  Other duties will be assigned based on qualifications.
