Description:
Southeastern University is seeking applications for a full-time Head Women’s Basketball Coach for the 2016-17 season.  The responsibilities include managing all aspects of the women’s basketball program, including coaching, budgeting, and recruiting, while focusing on the athletic department’s philosophy of developing athletes academically, physically, and spiritually.  Southeastern competes in the NAIA and is a member of The Sun Conference.

The successful candidate will exhibit a mature personal relationship with Christ and the ability to disciple and mentor the women under their supervision.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Only applicants with significant experience in coaching women’s basketball at the collegiate level will be considered
  • Demonstrate knowledge of basic computer skills, including, Word Processing, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
