Assist in the organization, coaching, and administration of the St. Francis College Division I Women’s Basketball program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the head coach in developing plans for games, practices, and out-of-season workouts.
• Assist in the recruitment of prospective Women’s basketball student-athletes, in compliance with applicable Northeast Conference and NCAA regulations.
• Assist with the monitoring of student-athlete academic progress, as directed by the head coach.
• Analyze game footage to assist in the preparation of scouting reports regarding upcoming opponents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach and the Director of Athletics.
