Fairfield University is currently seeking a full-time Director of Women’s Basketball Operations. In keeping with the University’s Jesuit mission and identity, candidates must be committed to the equity, welfare and sporting conduct of our student athletes. Fairfield University competes in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.

The Director of Operations will assist the head coach with all aspects of a competitive Division I program as allowed by NCAA rules;  including: coordinating team travel, overseeing video exchange, coordinate community team activities, organize a summer camp program and help maintain an atmosphere of compliance with NCAA, MAAC and institutional regulations.
