The Southeast Missouri State women’s basketball program will be without head coach Ty Margenthaler for the first two games of the season.

The University announcing due to violations of Athletic Department policies and procedures by the SEMO Women’s basketball program Margenthaler will be suspended for the first two games of the 2014-15 campaign.

During his two-game suspension, Heather Ezell will assume the head coaching responsibilities on gameday.

Margenthaler will maintain his duties leading up to gameday and resume those the following day. He will return to the sideline for the SEMO game at Missouri Nov. 17.
