he Head Coach will plan, organize, conduct and evaluate all aspects of the Women’s Basketball program; perform duties in all areas of the program at the direction of the athletic director and/or sport supervisor; successful planning, development, and day-to-day administration of all phases of the women’s basketball program; fiscally sound budget management; scheduling and coordination of team travel; recruitment, selection and retention of student-athletes; coordination with the academic support program for student-athletes to facilitate their successful progress; support the overall mission of the Department of Athletics through interactions with alumni and fundraising; pass the NCAA certification examination on an annual basis.
