Reporting to the Associate Director of Athletics, the Head Coach is responsible for the coaching of a competitive women’s basketball program within the guidelines of the NCAA, RMAC, and Colorado Mesa University. Includes all aspects of a collegiate basketball program: recruiting, scouting, budgeting, planning, organizing, scheduling, monitoring academic performance and promoting intercollegiate athletics. Teaching responsibilities may be included.
