The Department of Athletics at Kutztown University invites applications for the position of Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach. Kutztown University is an NCAA Division II member which competes in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC). The Assistant Coach is responsible for administering and/or assisting with the administration of all areas related to the success of a basketball program within the Division II intercollegiate program – recruiting, discipline, management, budget administration, scheduling, scouting, summer sports camp, NCAA compliance, student affairs and academics, equipment management, training and strength development. Specific responsibilities include all aspects of recruiting, academic achievement of the student athletes, skill development, practice, games and scouting. Program promotion, public relations appearances and media-related activities are expected as well as participation and coordination of fund raising activities.
