High Point University is seeking applicants for the position Head Women’s Basketball Coach to lead all aspects of its Division I Women’s Basketball Program. The successful candidate will lead our student-athletes with an extraordinary vision consistent with that of High Point University. The successful candidate will be expected to lead our student-athletes to both academic and athletic success. The successful candidate will be expected to achieve these successes while observing all NCAA, Big South Conference and University policies and procedures. This position is responsible for the management of all aspects of the Women’s Basketball Program. This includes, but is not limited to: the recruitment and retention of student-athletes; their coaching in an effort to increase their athletic performance; fundraising for their individual sport; and the leading of an athletic program that will advance the brand of High Point University.
