Robert Morris University, a very successful mid major NCAA Division 1 Women’s Basketball Program, is seeking to fill the position of 3rd assistant in the their Women’s Basketball Program. This position, working with the head and associate head coach, requires the person to be able to recruit high level student athlete who demonstrate both the academic and athletic skills necessary to be successful at Robert Morris University in addition to being outstanding citizens. In addition the third assistant is required to work with the student athletes and advisors/counselors on a daily basis to assist and monitor academics. Other duties, as well as additional ones assigned by the head coach and associate head coach include, practice and game coaching, pre-game strategy and computerized film breakdown of opponents and creation of effective scouting report.
