Identifying and recruiting quality student-athletes; assisting with the organization and conduct of practices and competitions; promoting the welfare and academic progress of student-athletes; assisting with the daily administrative duties of the program; participating in fundraising and public relations activities; assisting with summer camps; ensuring compliance of the program with University, NCAA, and MVC rules.
