Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Assist in providing leadership and management functions to produce a quality intercollegiate team that represents a commitment to excellence both academically and athletically. Assist in managing all aspects of the women’s basketball program including player recruitment, game scheduling, travel arrangements, practice schedule, equipment and uniform purchases, program budget, athlete academic success and eligibility, and facilities/court reservations. Represent Ellsworth Community College in a positive manner. Knowing and complying with all Iowa Community College Athletic Conference and NJCAA rules and regulations. Providing player and staff safety. Monitoring behavior of students at practice, in games and while traveling.
