Colby Community College is accepting applications for a full-time Head Women’s Basketball Coach at the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division I level. Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree and post-secondary coaching experience preferred. Duties include recruiting, coaching, scheduling games and travel, and budget preparation and compliance. Proven interpersonal, written, oral communication and team-building skills, along with organizational skills are required. Integrity, innovative thinking, a sense of humor, understanding of the rural community college, and ability to work as a team is necessary.
