The Assistant Athletic Director provides assistance to the Athletic Director in developing budget; facility, marketing, and program planning; game management of women’s sports, and strategic planning for programs and facilities. The candidate will serve as the primary contact for gender-equity, legislation, and compliance and will co-manage and supervise coaches, team managers, and student workers. This is a full-time, 10 month position and provides an excellent fringe benefit package. The additional year-round duties as the Head Women’s Basketball Coach will involve all phases of coaching a Division III team including practice, recruiting, and budget management. Eureka College is a member of the NCAA Division III, the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, and the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference.
