The position is responsible for all aspects of the women’s basketball program including but not limited to: scouting and recruiting student athletes, management of a Division I intercollegiate basketball program, ensuring NCAA compliance, fund raising, tracking and maintaining the budget as well as student athlete academic progress, and supervising strength and conditioning for student athletes.
