Assists in the planning, organizing and coaching of the ISU women’s basketball team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Player Development. Scouting. Recruiting.
Participates in the collection and analysis of tactical and statistical data of opponent teams.
Assists in designing game plans and strategies.
Counsels team members in academic, disciplinary and personal matters.
Studies, evaluates, and recommends innovations in basketball strategy and equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
