Reporting to the Athletic Director, essential duties include, but are not limited to: recruiting; practice and game management in compliance with KIAC and NAIA regulations; travel organization; skill development; event scheduling and develop opportunities to participate in service activities and encourage participation in the NAIA Champions of Character program; supervision of academic progress; equipment management; fundraising; and work with the Sports Information Director to develop and provide accurate information to maintain the program’s marketing and web page.
