Women’s Head Basketball Coach responsible for all phases of developing and maintaining a successful women’s basketball program at the college. Examples of Duties: Recruiting high quality student athletes Practice preparation, in and out of season training Game management Academic monitoring and student athlete academic success Safe transportation of team members to and from away contests Adhere to all College, NJCAA, GSAC, Region 19, and Athletic Department rules and regulations Other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics Typical Qualifications: Past successful playing and/or coaching experience necessary College degree preferred
