Raritan Valley Community College is a member of the NJCAA and Region XIX. RVCC currently offers 7 intercollegiate athletic programs that compete at the NJCAA DII or NJCAA DIII levels.
Raritan Valley Community College is looking to hire a Head Women’s Basketball Coach. Head Coach Position requires the ability to assist in the implementation, instruction and supervision of the athletic program and the participating student-athletes.
Individual must have an ability to work a flexible schedule in order to conduct practice sessions and all season games. A strong desire to coach college students to succeed on the court and in the classroom is critical.
Head Coach is responsible for recruiting the appropriate number of well qualified student-athletes, running all practice and training sessions, game day preparations and in game coaching and overseeing assistant coach. Head Coach is also responsible for reporting scores, statistics, game highlights, award nominations and other sports information needs within the time frame as assigned by Director of Athletics.
Candidate must have computer literacy and assist with team fundraising efforts. Head Coach is also required to attend specific department functions as assigned by Director of Athletics.
