To assist the head coach in developing and maintaining a competitive program in the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) and NCAA (D1).
Scope of Responsibilities:
· Assist the Head Coach in the administration of all aspects of the basketball program
· Assisting with player strength and conditioning program,
· Recruiting potential student-athletes
· Assist head coach with player development
· Schedule practices
· Supervise academic progress and facilitate study halls
· Assist with the day-to-day operations of the program.
