Wolff safe at Virginia Tech

Dennis Wolff will remain as the head coach at Virginia Tech according to athletic director Whit Babcock. Wolff, who has two years remaining on his contract, was 12-20 (1-15 ACC) this past season. In an email sent to the Roanoke Times, Babcock said, "“Next season will be a very important one for the development and progression of our program. Coach and I both have higher expectations and we are confident that next season will be one where we turn the corner and elevate our status in the ACC standings. Coach Wolff is keenly focused on next season, on turning the corner, and we support him, his staff and our student-athletes.”
