I have heard from multiple sources that Western Wyoming Community College will hire Garrett Sherman as their new head women’s basketball coach. Sherman had been the head women’s coach at Gordon State College since 2012. Last month, he became the head men’s coach at GSC – a tenure that has apparently lasted only one month. Before coming to GSC, Sherman served as the head women’s coach at Allegheny College (MD). He will replace long time head coach Ken Swartz at Western Wyoming. The official announcement could come today.
