Wayne State University women’s basketball head coach Carrie Lohr, who will enter her 12th season this fall, has announced the addition of former WSU basketball standout Andy Ayrault to the Warrior women’s basketball coaching staff. “I was fortunate to meet Andy and his wife Kim 10 years ago at a WSU Basketball Alumni event,” commented Lohr.
Brent Pollari named head women’s basketball coach at Wayne State College
Wayne State College Director of Athletics Mike Powicki announced late Thursday afternoon that Brent Pollari has been named head women’s basketball coach, replacing Chris Kielsmeier who stepped down April 17 to become head coach at Cleveland State. Pollari becomes the 11th head coach in the 48-year history of the Wayne State College women’s basketball program.
