Tiffany Silver, former head coach at Wilmington University in Delaware, has been named as the head women’s basketball coach at Livingstone College. The announcement was made by Livingstone Athletic Director Andre Springs during a press conference in the J.W. Hood Building on campus. She becomes the ninth head women’s basketball coach for the Blue Bears. In her brief
