Baltimore City Community College has tabbed Rachel Naughton as the new Head Women’s Basketball Coach. Coach Naughton comes to BCCC from Delaware but is a native of Queens, New York. She played her college ball at Borough of Manhattan CC where her skills were quickly recognized by recruiters at St. Paul’s College in Virginia. At
