I have now heard from multiple sources that Syracuse assistant Kelley Gibson will become an assistant at Rutgers.  The former WNBA standout has been on the Syracuse staff for the past five seasons.  She also worked at USC, Maine, UMBC, and American.  After graduating from Maryland, she played for the Houston Comets from 2000-04, winning the 2000 WNBA Championship.  It sounds like the official announcement will be made this week.
