Purdue Fort Wayne Head Women’s Basketball Coach Niecee Nelson has returned from administrative leave following the university’s investigation into allegations from an anonymous source.

Those allegations, which centered primarily on practice drills and possible NCAA rules infractions, were determined to be unfounded.

After a thorough university investigation that included input from student-athletes, assistant coaches, staff members, and Coach Nelson, the university determined that no athletics department or university policies had been violated.

“We are working closely with Coach Nelson and the student-athletes to move forward in a positive manner,” says Kelley Hartley Hutton, director of athletics for the university. “We are pleased this issue has been resolved.”
