Emilee Thiesse, a Spearfish, S.D., native with six years of NCAA Division I coaching experience, has been named the eighth head coach in the history of the Minnesota State women’s basketball program.
Thiesse most recently spent the last three seasons at South Dakota State where she served as recruiting coordinator and academic coordinator for the Jackrabbits. SDSU made three consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances and won three straight Summit League titles and compiled a 65-34 overall record mark during this time.
