Middleton Named Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach at Rhode Island College

Rhode Island College has named Sarah Middleton as an assistant women’s basketball coach. Middleton will assist Head Coach Jenna Cosgrove with all phases of the RIC women’s basketball program.

“I am very appreciative of Coach Cosgrove for giving me the opportunity to coach a great team at a great school,” Middleton said. “I am fired up and ready to help build this program and not only push these women to be great basketball players, but to be great people.”

“I am very excited to have Sarah join our coaching staff,” Cosgrove said.  “Sarah is a competitive and motivated young coach whose energy will be contagious to our program.  Sarah was the Rhode Island Gatorade Player of the Year out of Barrington High School and just finished up her collegiate career at the University of Bridgeport.  She will be a great role model and mentor to our players.”
