Marshall University women’s basketball coach Matt Daniel announced the hiring of associate head coach Tony Kemper on Monday.

Kemper, 32, is the second hire by Daniel for the Thundering Herd, joining Caronica Randle to complete the transition of Daniel’s former University of Central Arkansas staff.
