Essential Functions:

Develop, manage and oversee practice, home and away event and competitive video operations:
Filming of team practices, home and away games
Edit all team video information systems used for game strategy and player evaluation
Edit video breakdown of opponent-scout, self-scout, and competitions
Facilitate video exchange in accordance with WCC and NCAA rules and regulations
Develop and maintain an organized and up-to-date video library
Assists the Basketball Staff in promotional activities of the Athletic department.
Contributes through departmental policies, procedures, and actions to University-wide gender equity and cultural diversity efforts and to foster a climate of multi-cultural understanding and appreciation.
Performs other duties as assigned in support of the Gonzaga mission

Other Functions:

Supports the needs of the Athletic department during special events and during peak load/activity periods.
Contributes to Athletic Department’s involvement in University and community programs by participation in University and community committees, activities, etc.
Employees of Gonzaga University’s Athletic Department must comply with all NCAA rules and regulations, and acknowledge this compliance as part of an evaluation process.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.

2 years playing and/or coaching experience in basketball with knowledge of rules of the game

Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations

Ability to travel during the basketball season.

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
