Description:

Direct all video functions for the women’s basketball team including, filming, editing and coding of game and practice film, preparing opponents scouting reports to include analysis of defensive and offensive schemes using the SportsTec editing system and disseminating to all coaches, staff and student-athletes for game preparation. This position is also responsible for the creation and execution of recruiting highlight videos for on-campus visits.

In addition, the Video Production analyst will be in charge of training student workers to assist in the filming and editing game and practice film. Solely responsible for preparing (editing/coding/player personnel game clips) all opponent scouting reports to include analysis of defensive and offensive schemes using the SportsTec editing system and disseminating to all coaches, staff and student-athletes for game preparation. As it relates to recruiting this position is also responsible for the creation and execution of highlight videos for on-campus recruiting visits. Collaborate with communications and marketing to create all social media and recruiting collateral that is published on websites and social media outlets. Coordinate all aspects of film exchange in accordance to ACC film exchange policies, to include uploading and downloading of our games and opponent games using the Ez-Exchange system.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in athletics video editing at the intercollegiate basketball level or higher or comparable experience as a division 1 student athlete or student manager. This position requires proficiency in video editing software, preferably the SportsCode system currently utilized by the Head Coach.

Night and weekend work will be required, especially during the competition season. This position will be expected to attend every practice, every home game and will travel with the team to away games.

This position is responsible for directing all video functions for the women’s basketball team on a daily basis in compliance with all NCAA, ACC and institutional rules and regulations.
