Coastal Carolina University is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Video Coordinator (full-time, temporary position without benefits) in Athletics.
Responsibilities include but, are not limited to: supervising and organizing team managerial staff work schedule; instructing and mentoring the managers staff in their duties; managing the scout team including recruitment of and instruction of scout team; assisting in on-campus recruiting efforts; planning and execution of on-campus unofficial and official visits; performing video breakdown of opponents for scouting purposes; assisting in practice and game planning and preparation; performing individual player development video breakdown; performing film exchange; assisting in program community relations; and performing other duties assigned by the Head Women’s Basketball Coach.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year experience in video production or equitable field required. Strong working knowledge of Adobe systems, Daktronics, Scoreboards (Venus video boards), NewTek Tricaster and Sport Sounds Pro or comparable music systems preferred. Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs. Schedule must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills required.
