Description: MSU Moorhead is currently looking to hire the Second Assistant Coach position for the  2024-25 season.

This person shall assist in daily operations and departmental communication on a regular basis.

Work Assignments:  

Major responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assist in all aspects of Dragon Women’s Basketball
  • Perform workouts in skill development through individuals and the practice setting • Assisting with recruiting efforts on and off campus
  • Preparation of scouting reports and in-practice film breakdown
  • Assist with office work
  • Organization of all team meals on road trips
  • Hotel arrangements for in-season travel
  • Working Summer Camp (team camps & individual camps)
  • Knowledge & adherence of the NCAA compliance rules and passing of the NCAA modules • Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach
