Recruiting Boost is hiring a Head Basketball Coach for our International Girls Camp, held during the Run 4 Roses tournament in Louisville, Kentucky, from July 5–16, 2025.

A team of international athletes from Australia will travel to the U.S. to compete in 8+ high-level games, visit college campuses, and get a true experience of what a college basketball workload feels like. This is an 11-day commitment that includes daily practices, games, film study, team meetings, and college visits.

Hotel, meals, and local transportation are all fully included.

Duties:

Lead practices, games, scrimmages, workouts, and team meetings

Assist in executing travel plans and team logistics

Temporary relocation to Louisville, KY for the full duration of the camp

Interact professionally with athletes, families, and college coaches

Manage daily schedules and athlete supervision

Help athletes adapt to a high-performance basketball environment

Qualifications:

Former Women’s College Basketball Coach

Valid Driver’s License

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to mentor and manage athletes from diverse backgrounds

Compensation: $2,000 for the full camp period.
