Recruiting Boost is looking to hire a head basketball coach to coach in the Recruiting Boost International Girls Tour. From December 2-20 2022, a team of international athletes from Australia & New Zealand will be in Orlando, FL to play 8 games in front of college coaches. Coaches will be active in planning practices, game strategy, film study, and sightseeing. Our goal is to give these athletes a glimpse of what a college workload looks like. For 18 days, coaches will be busy and active in daily duties. Hotel, food, and transportation are all included.

Duties:

• Coach, plan games, practices, scrimmages, workouts, and team meetings
• Executes daily travel arrangements.
• Temporary relocation to Orlando, FL for 18 days. Housing included.
• Interact in a positive manner with athletes, athletes’ families, and the general public
• Manage competing priorities
• Manage and supervise athletes of all different personalities

Qualifications:

• Former Women’s College Coach
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Driver’s License

Pay: $2,500
