Responsibilities:

Duties will begin immediately and consist of managing and coaching the women’s basketball program including, recruiting and advising athletes, public relations, fund raising and other responsibilities within the boundaries of the rules and regulations of the Jayhawk Conference, the National Junior College Athletic Association and Dodge City Community College.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree; knowledge of NJCAA and KJCCC rules and regulations; prior collegiate coaching and recruiting experience; excellent communication skills; ability to advise and monitor student athletes; and experience working with diverse populations, staff members and basketball team members. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s Degree
