The successful candidate will begin immediately to prepare for the 2016-2017 season.  The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to build a program to strive toward conference competitiveness and recruit student-athletes while working with a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelors Degree, Prior Collegiate Coaching Experience in the sport preferred, Valid Driver’s License, CPR/1st Aid Certification, Clearances Required

Primary Job Duties:  Head Coaches are responsible for all aspects of administering a competitive Division III varsity program within NCAA, conference (NEAC), college and sports-specific regulations.  The head coach is responsible for leading the program with the highest level of integrity, recruiting qualified student-athletes and being committed to student-athlete success both in and out of the competitive arena.

Duties include, but are not limited to, recruiting and retaining student-athletes; securing staff; scheduling and managing events; preparing team for competiveness; record / budget keeping; equipment inventory; monitoring athlete eligibility; attending department, conference, and college meetings; and other sport-related duties as assigned.
