Responsibilities include but are not limited to: organizing and directing all daily operations; coaching a regionally competitive Division III Women’s Basketball program; organizing and directing the recruitment of prospective student-athletes; directing overall program planning and organization; adhering to USA South and NCAA rules and regulations; working within the framework of the Department of Athletics administration and coaches; communicating effectively with students, faculty, administration, staff and alumni; managing budget; and administering team travel.
