West Virginia Wesleyan College, located in Buckhannon, WV, a NCAA D-II member and Mountain East Conference member, invites applications for the position of Head Women’s Basketball Coach, a 12-month full-time position. Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Head Coach will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the basketball program, including, but not limited to, recruitment and retention of qualified student-athletes, academic progress, fiscal responsibility, hiring and supervising staff, game and practice preparation and coaching, and development of student-athletes within the framework and mission of West Virginia Wesleyan College. The successful candidate must be a dynamic leader with excellent organization and motivation skills. Bachelor’s degree and successful coaching experience required. Master’s degree, collegiate playing experience, and NCAA coaching experience preferred
