Virginia Wesleyan University has an immediate opening for a dynamic, full-time Head Women’s Basketball Coach that will provide overall excellence that complements our 22 intercollegiate programs. The Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of a successful program, including complying with all University, ODAC, and NCAA rules and regulations. Duties include, but are not limited to: recruiting and mentoring academically and athletically talented student-athletes, implementing effective practices and competitive strategies, monitoring budget, participating in fundraising activities including camps and clinics, supervising assistant coaches and other administrative duties, as needed.

Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of successful collegiate coaching and recruiting, required. Competitive collegiate playing experience, and master’s degree preferred.
