The Head Women’s Basketball Coach reports directly to the Director of Athletics and is responsible for assisting in the organization and administration of women’s basketball program in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by Vaughn College, the Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, and the USCAA.

The Head Women’s Basketball Coach must have a commitment to developing a competitive basketball program, while maintaining an emphasis on the academic success of the student-athlete. The coach will be expected to assist in managing recruitment efforts, academic success, and ensure the program promotes the health, safety, and welfare of the student-athlete.
