Description:

The University of Northwestern Ohio, located in Lima, OH, is currently seeking applicants for the full time Women’s Basketball Head Coach Position. UNOH is a National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics member and competes in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference.

Candidates should have recruiting experience and a working knowledge of the NAIA’s eligibility requirements for student-athletes.

Example of Duties:

  • Organize team practices (setting practice dates and times; equipment transport and maintenance)
  • Organize travel, charter bus scheduling, hotels/meals on away trips
  • Lead coordination of team recruitment and retention programs (recruit contact and related follow-up)
  • Coordinate team fundraising program (help establish fundraising goals, coordinate alumni donor program)
  • Managing operational budget
  • Familiarity with statistical and video sharing software

Qualifications:

  • Coaching experience at the collegiate level
  • Bachelor’s degree (in any field) required
  • Master’s degree in any field preferred
