| Description: | This posting is for a full-time, 11-month, exempt position. The head women’s basketball coach is responsible for all aspects of the Women’s Basketball Program: operation of a NCAA Division II Women’s Basketball Program, oversee recruiting yearly for the varsity and JV basketball program, understand and know NCAA II recruiting rules and regulations, fundraising, and game day set-up. Candidate must have the ability to coach the student athletes in game and practice situations. Monitor student progress throughout the semester and guide and counsel student athletes towards Graduation. Supervise staff (Assistant Coach, Stipend Assistant, and JV Coach), and maintain communication between coaching staff and administration. |
