Union College (KY) is seeking candidates for the position of Head Women’s Basketball Coach. The successful candidate will conduct a women’s basketball program within the philosophy and guidelines set forth by Union College, the NAIA, and the Appalachian Athletic Conference. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: on court coaching, recruiting, scheduling, budget management, academic monitoring, and other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics. Bachelor’s Degree required, while a Master’s Degree is preferred. Minimum 3-5 years women’s basketball coaching experience with collegiate level coaching experience preferred.
