This is a full time – eleven (11) month position and the Head Coach will be responsible for the development, coaching, organization, and management of the women’s basketball team. Duties will include recruiting, game management, budget, equipment management, promotional activities, fund-raising, player eligibility, and NCAA Division III rules compliance. Game day supervision, Special event supervision position will also serve as liaison with Admissions and help support all coaches with recruiting efforts to include providing information on the college to perspective student athletes, meet with perspective student athletes and family members and help develop programs to maximize recruiting efforts in conjunction with Assistant Director of athletics and other members of the athletic department. Flexible work schedule but nights and weekends may be required for games or other team/ department activities. Work Obligation will be from 8/1 to 6/30.
