| Description: | Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the head coach will discharge the following responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of a competitive Division III women’s basketball program. This will include scheduling, practice and game coaching, recruiting, budgeting, fund raising, and all travel associated with the women’s basketball program. • Mentor and coach student-athletes and assist student-athletes in the development of basketball skills and an understanding of basketball strategies necessary to succeed. • Participate in committees and provide service to the Department, University, and Profession. |
