Head Women’s Basketball Coach for Division II women’s basketball program. Full-time, 9-month position (mid-August to mid-May) with State benefits. The successful candidate will lead, organize and manage a program with a rich history of success both on and off the court. The characteristics and abilities of this candidate will include: visionary leadership; successful recruiting relationships; recruiting, retaining and growing high quality student athletes who are committed to success both on and off the court; working with coaches, staff and administrators in a collaborative manner; planning all aspects of the team including developing the skill set of the student athletes, sound fiscal management of team, fundraising and scholarship budget management; retaining and growing a passionate fan base; being adept in branding and use of social media; promoting the program through media outlets; supervising and evaluating assistant coaching staff.
