Salem State University, in Salem Massachusetts, a Division III institution and a member of the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference, is accepting applications for the position of Head Women’s Basketball Coach. The head coach is responsible for all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division III basketball program. Duties include, but not limited to: all coaching duties related to games and practices, recruiting, fund-raising, scheduling, travel, budget management, and supervision of assistant coaches. The successful candidate must adhere to all NCAA, MASCAC, and institutional policies and Act as a responsible employee in accordance with university Title IX requirements. The successful candidate will also work collaboratively and support Athletics and Student Life events and activities; value diversity and will create an inclusive environment for all student-athletes; and demonstrate sensitivity to students, faculty, and staff of varying racial, ethnic, religious, gender, cultural, disability, sexual orientation and socioeconomic backgrounds

This part time non-benefited position will report to the Associate Director of Athletics.
