| Description: | Saint Francis University invites applications for a full-time, 12-month position of Head Coach, Women’s Basketball. The Head Coach is responsible to the Director of Athletics or designee for recruitment, program development, budget management, supervision of assistant coaches, public relations, and compliance with institutional, Northeast Conference and NCAA rules and regulations. Saint Francis University is a member of the NCAA Division I competing in the Northeast Conference. The candidate must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Saint Francis University, the NEC, and the NCAA. In addition, the candidate must understand and actively support the mission of the Department of Athletics and Saint Francis University. Bachelor’s degree required. Previous intercollegiate coaching experience preferred. Ability to recruit quality student athletes required. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are essential.
